Rico and crew built this 1,000SF+ patio for us in 2024 after listening to my vision and some crude sketches. Rico made the vision a reality! Rico and crew good to work with, and quality of work was excellent, after this cold winter, there was no movement of flat tiles on soil that has been problematic with flat concrete. Pricing was fair, the cost of product installed is very expensive, but we also bought the better product. When you add a three season "room" to your home, you want it to be the quality of the home that you're adding onto. Thank you, Rico, for making a dream a reality.

Rico and crew built a 900 SF+ patio for us in 2024, it was two feet high up from yard grade. We used a mix of ramps, inset steps and external steps. An excellent job was done, and after one year, there is no evidence of settling or being misshapen. Doing work like this is expensive, but I felt that Rico was very fair, and the pride he shows and his workers also expressed was very satisfying.
